WCTA is requesting your permission to bury a fiber line from the public right-of-way to your home or business as part of our construction project. This form gives permission to bury a direct fiber line from the road to your location. Before burying the fiber, a technician will come and perform a site survey at a scheduled day/time. Completing this form gives you a choice of service providers in the future, but does not require you to take our services.
